Order Cancellation

Order cancellation is free of charge provided the order has not yet left the warehouse. If the order has already been dispatched, it will be processed as a return.

Returns

Returns may be requested within 15 days of receiving the order, provided the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs. Returns of products that have been opened, used or tampered with in any way will not be accepted.

Refunds

A refund will be issued once the condition of the product has been checked. If the product has been opened, used or tampered with in any way, no refund will be issued. The standard processing time is between 3 and 14 working days.

All transactions are carried out via a secure SSL connection, ensuring data protection.

Payments are processed via the secure Redsys payment platforms.
