After months of being part of Juan Roig’s Lanzadera programme, the training block has ended. Our CEO, Noelia Beltrán, has had the opportunity to receive training directly from one of the most influential entrepreneurs in Spain: Juan Roig, president of Mercadona and founder of Marina de Empresas.
Since its creation, this innovative programme has become a benchmark within the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Spain, as it provides support to startups through funding, personalised mentoring and access to a network of key contacts.
The Lanzadera programme lasts for six intensive months, during which entrepreneurs have the opportunity to:
During the programme, the startups receive training from experts who share their experience, vision and learning accumulated throughout their business career. They also get advice on various areas such as finance, marketing, among others.
One of the greatest benefits of Juan Roig’s Lanzadera is the possibility of immersing oneself in a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem. During the programme, entrepreneurs have access to a community of startups with different levels of development and innovation, from projects in the early stages to consolidated companies that have already validated their business model, as in our case.
Why is this connection so important?
One of the key points of the programme is access to personalised mentoring, in which experts from the entrepreneurial ecosystem work directly with each team. These mentorships not only help accelerate business growth, but also enable entrepreneurs to enhance their leadership and resource management skills.
Juan Roig’s Lanzadera offers different investment options and financial support to help companies scale their business. Thanks to these resources, startups can consolidate their business model, accelerate their growth and open up new market opportunities.
Being part of Juan Roig’s accelerator has allowed us to meet other entrepreneurs with innovative projects, generate growth opportunities after meeting with various companies, as well as consolidate our business vision. During this time, we have explored strategic collaborations to continue bringing NOB166® antimicrobial technology to new sectors.
At NOB166 we are very grateful to the team and colleagues we have had in Mercadona’s accelerator. Our DP, Fran Rull Martínez, has supported us unconditionally. His dedication has been key in helping us to strengthen our strategy and continue to advance in the market.
This first block of training has been just the beginning, at NOB166, we are committed to innovation, learning and continuous improvement to offer disruptive solutions to the market. We move forward in this incredible stage hand in hand with Juan Roig’s Lanzadera!
